I took my kid upstate the other day, and he never experienced so much space in his life.. from the malls, to the houses, to the farms... everything seems wider and a lot less congested outside the city. (Rexford, NY).
So they call this dish Mussels Frites or Moules Frites in French. It was my first time trying it, and I might say that it was the best thing I've ever eaten. (Garden Bistro 24, Colonie, NY)
