East Coast Blizzard

I didn't think it would hit, but it did.  The biggest snowstorm I've seen since I've moved to this neighborhood.  I think this photo accurately portrays what this day is like.  Visibility is basically zero.  This is the storm they'll be talking about for years to come. #blizzard2016 (Location: Northern Blvd. Flushing, NY)

Late Fall

Obviously I've missed taking shots at peak foliage this year.  We are bracing for the deep freeze of winter here in New York! (Kissena Park)

Farm Friends

I was wandering around Queens Zoo on this fine autumn day.  Here is a horse and a mule sharing a meal together under the sun. (Queens Zoo - Corona, NY)

Little Boy, Big World

I took my kid upstate the other day, and he never experienced so much space in his life.. from the malls, to the houses, to the farms... everything seems wider and a lot less congested outside the city. (Rexford, NY).

Mussels Frites

So they call this dish Mussels Frites or Moules Frites in French.  It was my first time trying it, and I might say that it was the best thing I've ever eaten. (Garden Bistro 24,  Colonie, NY)

Mother's Day

A photo of a special moment taken on a special day.  Seems like it was just yesterday when he was born, and now he's walking already!

Fireball on Bear Mountain

Because I've never shot one of these, and thought it would be fun to do!  And it was.  (Bear Mountain, NY)

Snow Day

We've seen many snow days this season.  Spring will be here in a couple weeks.  Really?  This was taken while walking around the neighborhood.  I am a beginner when it comes to snow photography.

Liam's Cake

The first Birthday has to be special, right?.. so we hired a professional to make this cake.  I can only imagine the work that went into this.  I'm sure it's as much art and engineering as it is baking.  These are all of Liam's favorite things, and the cake tasted great!  I probably won't be ordering another one of these for a while.
